Terms, Shipping & Returns

Order Processing & Shipping
Each order will be processed and confirmed within 1 business days (excluding weekend days of course). We guarantee that every order will be in-stock and shipped the following day by UPS ground or USPS priority (we do not offer alternative shipping methods). If we don't ship after 1 business days, customers may cancel the order with no questions asked. We literally keep 95% of the parts we sell in-stock and that is how we can provide you with this guarantee. Some exception includes Full Coilover Kits by Ksport & Planted seat brackets due to the large number of applications they got, which makes those items impossible to stock properly.

Payment Types
StreetRays Inc. accepts the following Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, most major credit cards & Paypal (all payments processed through paypal payment system).

Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within the state of Texas will be charged the applicable sales tax (currently 8.25%).

Returns
Sales invoice must accompany ALL returns & warranties. All merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging, complete condition and in resalable condition (restored to the best possible extent). No refund on electrical items, special orders or any items over 14 days old (this term is based on postal stamp on item package).

Change Orders
(All orders are final). All orders cannot be modified/changed after they are placed. Because we process all orders in a speedy manner so you will get your order fast, we can't take the risk of messing up the warehouse order processing system by changing or removing orders after they've been entered.

Security
When you are placing an order by phone or the internet, security is our number one priority. All your information is securely stored in our database and communication related to your accounts, orders, and significant information is secured by SSL technology and verified by secure SSL. All on-line transactions are sent through Paypal secure server. Here is security description by Paypal:
