    This is a complete set of King race / performance series STANDARD size connecting rod bearings and main bearings for Subaru EJ15, EJ16, EJ18, EJ20, EJ22, and EJ25 4-cylinder engines with a 52mm rod journal size (at STANDARD) and mains are 60mm, with main thrust bearing in the #5 position.

    Features:
    “Bull’s Eye Tolerance”. King engine bearings have the closest wall tolerances in the industry, with all shells matched to 0.0001”.
    Increased Height. Greater rod bearing height improves bearing-to-bore contact/heat transfer & reduces spin potential at high RPM.
    Improved Oiling. Mains feature enlarged, chamfered oil holes.
    Medium Eccentricity. This enables optimum load distribution and improved oiling.
    Dowel Holes. Most rod bearings are available with or without dowel holes.
    Narrowed Design. Mains and rods are narrowed for large-radius crankshafts.

    Premature bearing failure caused by low oil pressure or oil starvation has plagued high output Subaru EJ-series boxer engines. King's customed engineered XPG race bearings are specifically developed to survive and excel under conditions that cause other bearings to fail.

    King has conducted extensive research into the unique oiling circumstances of the Subaru EJ-series engine. The result: a completely re-engineered main bearing set that eliminates oil leakage and increases oil flow to #2 and #3 rod bearings.

    King Subaru XPG main and rod bearings are produced in King's AS9100 Aerospace certified production facility. Each bearings is produced to King's exacting Bull's Eye® tolerance and feature King's 0.0005" metallurgically enhanced and hardened XPG performance overlay.
