    • Injector Dynamics fuel injectors are the result of batch testing large quantities of specially modified fuel injectors, and then carefully matching them to within 1%, in sets based on their dynamic flow across the pulse width range. The result is vastly superior cylinder to cylinder consistency, even at very low pulse widths. 
       
    • In addition to receiving tightly matched injectors, you will be provided with dead time compensation values across the entire pressure and voltage range of the injector. This data will insure that the compensations in your ECU work properly, and your air fuel ratios will remain consistent as atmospheric or voltage conditions change.
       
    • With pressure capability in excess of 8 bar this injector has found a home in many different applications. 
       
    • The ID1000 will maintain strict linearity at flow rates that will satisfy idle and cruise requirements for engines. If you're unsure if these will work in your application, give us a call and we'll help you figure out what it will take

    Fitment
    Application specific fitment is handled with the addition of various top hat adapters, and occasional machining operations. Standard fitment exists for most popular applications. All standard lengths and fuel rail bores are currently accommodated.

    Dynamically Matched Sets
    ID only sell matched sets, and within each set the dynamic flow rate (slope) will vary no more than +/- 1%, and the dead time (offset) will vary no more than +/- 20 microseconds which is equivalent to +/- 1% at a pulsewidth of 2 milliseconds.

    It is this dynamic flow matching across the pulse-width range that separates the men from the boys.

    Tight matching at low pulse widths allows the use of high flow rate injectors without sacrificing idle, off idle, and cruise quality while the matched offsets insure that the individual injectors respond properly to atmospheric and voltage compensations built in to the ECU.


    Full Dynamic Characterization
    ID provide the data that you and your ECU need to do the job properly.

    Flow and offset values are provided from 8 to 16 volts across the full pressure range in 5 psi increments.

    Additionally, ID publish full dynamic characterization curves: Raw flow vs pulse width, offset corrected flow, linearity curves, and pressure sensitivity plots.


    Aeromotive Fuel Pump:
    The Aeromotive 340 Stealth Fuel Pump is a high-output, in-tank, electric fuel pump that fits most popular EFI applications. The Aeromotive 340 is a compact, lightweight pump that bolts into many existing hanger assemblies.

    What sets the 340 Stealth Pump apart is its superior flow throughout a wide pressure range. Compared to other popular aftermarket pumps, at 40 psi the 340 boasts more than 340 lph. That’s over 30% more flow. This pump is ideal for applications requiring more flow while retaining the factory lines and mounting provisions available in the Original Equipment (O.E.) configuration. The 340 is also perfect for use as a universal replacement for applications that require more flow to support forced air power adders such as turbo and supercharged applications.

    Please open all boxes immediately and check contents. We must be notified of any significantly damaged or defective products within 2 business days of you receiving your products. If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier; or please make sure when signing the shipper's proof-of-delivery slip, you include a note stating the package is or appears damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us immediately. Depending on the product and where/how it was shipped, it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier.

    If the product is defective, you will receive a replacement. If you choose to return the defective item, rather than replace it, a restocking fee will be assessed and your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.

    If after 30 days of receiving your product, it proves to be defective, we would like for you to deal with the manufacturer. They will inform you on how to proceed based on their policies.

    It is very rare that you will receive an incorrect product; we double-check all orders before we ship them. However, if we made a mistake/error in shipping (it does rarely happen), please contact us by emailing or calling (512)989-7297. We will issue instruction on how and where to return the product. We will ship you the correct product and pay the shipping costs both ways.
